A very enjoyable evening in the company of the Champions. Woking SC continues its improvements regime. The tables are in excellent condition, new lighting installed on the main table and plans to add this to some others. Newly repainted walls has refreshed the 20 table centre. Manager Peter Ruddick has transformed the club and the membership has thrived accordingly. More events have taken place and more are scheduled. Back to the match John and Clive played well however the star of the show was once again Ryan. He produced an exhibition of his talents with 4 breaks culminating in running out with a 46 break. The league has seen some wonderful billiards players over the years namely Chris Ross, Mark Leonard, Jack Hedley and Ryan is worthy of being in that category. Even at this early stage of the season the Woking team already look Champions in waiting once again.
