What a superb evening! The easy way to describe last night is in three words billiards, drinking and laughter. The first frame was pretty level up to 37 all, then Mark strung some breaks together and did not leave Mick much to go at, the final score not really reflecting the game. The second frame was dominated by Dan until Martin crafted a magnificent 36 break to nearly level the game but Dan playing steadily ran out the winner. The final frame contained everything laughter, expletives, RARE flukes and some good play. Dave raced into an early 30 point lead and I could never bridge the gap always being at least that 30 behind and Dave ran out a comfortable winner in the end.
As usual with the West Byfleet lads, we had a really great night and many thanks to them. Without people like this in our league we would be a lot poorer.
