Home Team Report:
As you would expect this was a very nervy match due to position of both teams and it showed in the match. The home team appeared to get most of the run that was going in what appears to be a one sided match that could have in fact been a lot closer. The New Haw team should feel very proud of themselves in the way they accepted the result and were very sporting and gracious throughout. I am sure better results are just around the corner for them. Obviously this a very good result for us and will help in our fight for survival. After the match we had a chatted until midnight with all the usual banter. Once again I would like to congratulate the New Haw boys on their attitude and wish them the best of luck in future matches.
